Gratuitous canning shot





What's left of the tomatoes. Five jars of canned plus another six jars of green tomato relish that I didn't take a picture of. I'm definitely over canning tomato product.

    I feel guilty for not taking photos of the industrial quantities of passata (sieved* tomatoes) here at the family home in Corchiano.

    Or the 38 litres of extra virgin olive oil I personally got to watch being made from my mother's own olives.
